Accepting the terms and conditions for dog grooming are mandatory. Full terms listed on out terms page.

1. I give permission for Doggies Day Out Dog Grooming to take my dog(s) to the nearest vet clinic in case of emergency.
2. My dog must be on leash and in good health and have not harmed or shown aggressive or threatening behaviour.
3. Staff and volunteers will not be liable for any problems or injuries which may develop. Pets are left here at my own risk.
4. Dogs may pick up fleas or ticks from other untreated dogs. It is my responsibility that my dog is on a preventative treatment. Dogs not treated for fleas and worms or not desexed will be housed separately. I agree that Capstar may be administered by staff to my dog & that I will pay for treatment.
5. I agree to give 48 hours’ notice of cancellation of appointments and that a fee of $60 will be paid if I fail to do so.
6. If I am later than 15 minutes to a scheduled appointment, a late fee in the amount of $25 will be charged. 
7. With the exception of Saturdays (wherein here is no day care or provision for attendance by large dogs) I agree to collect my dog(s) by the advertised daily closing time. I understand failure to do so will incur late fees of $1 per minute after closing time.
8. I agree to pay a deposit of $60 in addition to my first groom fee in the series each year and understand that this deposit contributes towards the cost of the final groom in the series in June 2025.
9. I agree to self-book and maintain a minimum of 8 appointments yearly for small and medium dogs and 12 appointments for large dogs.
10. I understand that if I cancel an appointment I must self-reschedule it using the online booking system straight away to maintain my minimum number of appointments as above and that if I do not reschedule the appointment the $60 deposit will be forfeited and all subsequent appointments will revert to normal pricing and terms.
11. I agree to provide 48 hours’ notice of cancellation and to reschedule to avoid a cancellation fee of $60
12. I certify that I have read and understand the conditions and statements of this agreement.
