Clients prebook their appointments yearly in advance (from August until the end of June) or part thereof dependent on when they join the program. A deposit of $60 is required to join this program. You must maintain a minimum of 8 to 12 (dependent on the size of your dog) appointments per year. If you cancel an appointment, it must be rescheduled. If the appointment is not rescheduled, the deposit is forfeited. If you maintain the required minimum number of appointments, the deposit contributes towards the cost of the final groom.

Available Tuesday to Saturday with over $60 discounted on each pre-booked appointment when you maintain your grooming schedule with a minimum of 8 (small to medium) or 12 appointments for large breeds per year including:

Priority given for Saturdays, Holiday appointments e.g. Christmas Chanuka, Easter, Passover and after COVID Lockdowns.

$5 discount Tuesday to Friday off pre-booked and maintained appointments.
